I am a self taught Artist who started painting in 1988, I exhibited in a few informal exhibitions in Pretoria. (I love working in oils, pastel on fabric, and pencil and charcoal.) In 1996 I completed a diploma in Fine Arts and a Photographic diploma in 2004. We then moved to Natal in 2001 and started my Art Business: Visions Art, inventing and creating 2D Baby Hand & Footprint Impressions, which grew into a succesful business. I also continued painting, mostly in oils and also used pencil and charcoal as a medium. My work was sold mostly privately, and I exhibited in Art Galleries in Pietermaritzburg. 

I now lives in Cape Town, a city with a diversity of colour and character. I exhibited at Art Exhibitions in Stellenbosch in 2016 and 2017,2018, 2020, 2022... large group exhibitions.

 

"I make use of my own photographs for inspiration.  My main source of inspiration are Beauty, Simplicity and Innosence....anything that gives menaning to life.  People form my biggest inspiration"  My passion is colour, texture .....
